With a keen eye for strategic integration, Ashley Pulido Losch works closely with New Canaan Impact Capital’s portfolio companies to translate board-level strategy into clear, actionable systems that drive alignment, growth, and long-term value.

She brings a strong background in financial analysis, deal sourcing, and strategic planning from her time at Caliber Advisors and Carolina Financial Securities, where she served as senior analyst and supported due diligence, investor materials, and internal operations. Earlier in her career, Ashley worked in process improvement and modeling for middle market clients at CFG Business Enhancement Services.

Ashley holds a B.A. and MBA from Rollins College, where she was a scholarship athlete and captain of the women’s basketball team. She lives in Indiana and enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, and DIY home projects.
