In the past 20 years, Carofin/CFS has placed more than $1.2 billion in private offerings across 100+ companies, including both debt and equity. John Gramling III joined Carofin/CFS as a Managing Director in 2017 and continues to serve in that role.

NCIC Real Estate Fund is a limited partner in Cane Bay, which is a master planned community located in Berkeley County, South Carolina, that consists of approximately 8,000 acres and to date has successfully developed and sold around 65% of its holdings. New Canaan Impact Capital expects the project to complete a full exit in 2030.

Reverie on the Ashley
NCIC Real Estate Fund is a limited partner in Reverie on the Ashley – a high-end multifamily condo project located in Charleston, South Carolina, that is unique due to the beautiful vistas of the Ashley River and natural surroundings. The management team has developed and sold around 75% of the project and New Canaan Impact Capital expects a full exit in 2030.

NCIC Real Estate Fund is a limited partner in Cherokee Partners – a 350-acre industrial development located Gaffney, South Carolina, that has currently sold approximately 33% of the project to DHL and is expecting a full exit in 2030.
