Candice previously served as CEO of a regional financial services company, scaling it to 10 locations and 100+ employees before a successful acquisition by a public firm. Over the course of her career, she has driven more than $200 million in sales, leveraging deep operational insight and a strong commitment to long-term value.

She holds Series 63 and 82 licenses and earned her B.A. from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, blending creativity with disciplined execution to build lasting partnerships.
